Kickstarter complete! Than you so much!!!
So, you will notice a "pre-order" button now on the Kickstarter page. We have set up a backerkit which will help us organize and ship everyone's orders and will let you customize you rewards a little more. Backerkit surveys will go out in two weeks. The art for the calendar is finished and the graphic design should be done this week. We will send the files to the printer and get a hard proof to look over, then place our orders for the calendars. I will keep you all updated throughout the process. I will also be doing a livestream drawing with a digital file of "How to draw Reverie" in the next month, I will keep you posted. :)
Here are what the bookmarks look like, everyone who ordered a physical reward will get these included in their packages!

Send us messages if you have any questions, and THANK YOU!

A few days left!
about 7 years ago – Fri, Sep 22, 2017 at 01:04:45 AM

I have ONE more design to finish and this calendar will be complete. We are in the home stretch! We are also working on setting up a backerkit......which is more complicated than I would have imagined! But, I think in the long run it will help get everything to you guys asap and let you customize your rewards a bit more. We will be working on that this weekend, so I will have an update for you on Monday. Hopefully, we will reach our next stretch goal by then, too. :)

I wanted to share this illustration that Brandon Kenney did of Celara, it's so beautiful, He did an amazing job. It is available under the "Stitch" reward level.

Art!
about 7 years ago – Fri, Sep 15, 2017 at 04:16:13 PM

Hey everyone!
11 days to go, and I have some art to share. This is original art by my talented friend Danny Haas, and it's available under the "Rocketeer" tier level. I am going to have a very hard time letting it go, I love it so much:

I have just about finished the art for October and August and will be spending today working on December. I am hoping to get all the art done by next weekend, so the calendar can get to the printer by the last day of the campaign, and everything is humming along smoothly. Thank you so much for supporting this new project of mine, it means so much to me!

Back from DragonCon!

We are back from DragonCon and back to work! DragonCon was incredible, so nice to meet everyone who came to visit our table! :)
We have updated our stretch goals. When we hit 50k, I will do a live stream drawing as well as offer a digital download of a step-by-step guide on how to draw Reverie!
I am going to be spending the next two weeks finishing up calendar pages and will post them here as I finish. This one will be for June, an Alice in Wonderland themed design.
Thank you so much for your support!
:) Karen

Stretch Goals and Dragons and Tea
about 7 years ago – Thu, Sep 07, 2017 at 10:06:40 AM

So, we have already reached a second stretch goal (!!!) and now all physical reward tiers will include two Celara bookmarks. There has been much debate here among my Kickstarter team about backerkits and stretch goals. On the one hand, we want to give you guys cool stuff and let you customize pledges. On the other hand, we NEED to make sure we meet our shipping deadline and keep that a priority.
So...I am heading to Dragon Con on Thursday. (Booth 111 in the Comics and Pop Artists Alley). I will be back next week and will have more stretch goals laid out as soon as I can. I have a few things in mind, but don't want to promise anything we might not be able to deliver, so I want to wait till after the convention to finalize. I honestly expected to have a *little* more time to think about them, you guys have blown me away with your support. <3
My sister Amy will be answering any messages/questions/concerns you have while I am away, and I hope to see some of you in Atlanta!
:)Karen
PS...this is the design I am working on for the June page of the calendar....
